Overview
Our refunds and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
As a small, limited business, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged due to our error. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Important: For damaged or defective items, you must provide video proof of unpacking to be eligible for a return or refund.

Start a return
To start a return, please contact us at purrrfectcattitude@outlook.com with a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or damaged items), we will cover the return shipping cost if you provide the receipt of the postage. Please use a standard shipping service (e.g., Evri Standard delivery or an equivalent courier service), as we do not cover express or premium shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only accept exchanging items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a request at purrrfectcattitude@outlook.com . If the request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where to send your package.
